Access to Leon Labs infrastructure (the "Site") is granted strictly on the basis of these protocols. By interfacing with our systems, you agree to operate within the defined parameters.

The architecture, code, and logic displayed herein are the intellectual property of Leon Labs Inc. Unauthorized reverse-engineering or data extraction is strictly prohibited.

2.0 // DATA PRIVACY (ENCRYPTION STANDARD)

We operate on a "Need-to-Know" basis. Data collected through our transmission terminals (Contact Forms) is encrypted and routed directly to our secure internal servers.

We do not sell user data.
We do not track user location without consent.
Data is retained only as long as the active project requires.

3.0 // LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we engineer for 99.9% uptime and maximum control, Leon Labs Inc. is not liable for system failures caused by third-party API outages, force majeure, or user error.
